.Mike Oborny

Mike Oborny has 26 years of experience in telecommunications, entertainment and information outsourcing industries. As a founder of DM Home Entertainment in 2003, he most recently, managed the company through the Home Automation transition. As a CEDIA Member and Certified Professional, Mike has guided the company to become Premier Platinum with Control4 the 4th year in a row. Prior to starting DM Home Entertainment, Mike managed solution development and deployment for the Office of the Chief Information Officer at a Fortune 100 company. Earlier, Mike represented the Sales organizations for CBS Viacom then EDS for 9 years. He brings over 20 years of personal passion for home audio and automation combined with 12 years of installation experience. Mike earned a bachelors degree in Finance combined with associate degrees in Economics and Accounting from Oklahoma State University

David Abell has more than 26 years in the information technology services industry, holding leadership roles within EDS and Hewlett Packard. He led strategic sales pursuits for global, financial services corporations in the outsourcing space focusing on emerging technologies. David’s oversight included EDS’ sales training program focusing on how sales impacts implementation and delivery. Long before David became co-owner of DM Home Entertainment, he became CEDIA certified which ties into his personal passion for technology and how it can improve lives. David has been a customer of DM Home Entertainment since it’s inception and understands the importance of solid customer service. He has a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Tech University and an Executive Masters of Business Administration from Baylor University.
